We understand that things don't always work out the way that you planned, so we've taken the stress out of returning with our hassle-free return policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Ericcooperfitness.com, you are welcome to return merchandise within the time allowed. ECF LIFESTYLE recurring membership can be canceled at any time. Please review Paypal.com cancellation and dispute agreement on their site. All cancellations or disputes for ECF LIFESTYLE recurring membership will be processed on the PayPal.com site. Other merchandise can be returned on the Ericcooperfitness.com.
ECF or ULA regular price merchandise must be returned within 30 days, and clearance or discounted merchandise returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The return must be accompanied by the original invoice or receipt, and the refund will be applied to the original credit card. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Merchandise that miss the 14 or 30-day return cycles will not be accepted and returned to sender.
Before returning merchandise, please email us your return request to Fitness@ecfitnessstudio.com, and please include your name, receipt or invoice #, and reason for return. We will email you a RA (Return Authorization) label and instructions on how to return the merchandise. It is important that you apply the RA label to the outside shipping carton, and ensure that it does not cover other pertinent shipping information. We also recommend that you ship using a traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express, or U.S. Postal Service (registered, insured). Please obtain a shipping tracking number in the event that you need to track your package.
Items must be returned in saleable condition, with hang tags attached. We will not accept worn, washed, stained, altered, or custom order merchandise. No exceptions.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping charge, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
